2010 scholarships and bursaries available for continuing QUT students

 

dot 2010 Laing O’Rourke Construction Scholarship is open to students commencing their second year of full-time study in the Bachelor of Urban Development (Construction Management) or Bachelor of Engineering (Civil and Construction) courses at QUT in 2010. Applications close 31 March 2010.

 

dot 2010 Scape Shapes Construction Bursary is open to students commencing their second year of full-time study in the Bachelor of Urban Development (Construction Management) or Bachelor of Urban Development (Quantity Surveying) courses at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in 2010. Applications close 15 March 2010.

  dot 2010 Neil H Davis Bursary is open to students undertaking their final year of full-time study in the Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) course at QUT in 2010. Applications close 8 March 2010.

Awards for graduating students

 

dot 2009 John Kindler Memorial Medal. The John Kindler Memorial Prize is the only undergraduate engineering medal awarded by the Faculty of Built Environment and Engineering for outstanding student performance and leadership. Selection is based not only on academic achievement, but requires demonstrated student or community leadership, as well as concern for and relation with peers. Applications for the John Kindler Memorial Medal are open to students who completed their engineering undergraduate degree within the School of Engineering Systems or School of Urban Development at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in 2009.
