Students enrolled in a course in the Faculty of Built Environment and Engineering are eligible to use a locker.

Students interested in using a locker must consult their local BEE Student Services counter and present their student identification card. A locker agreement (containing terms and conditions of use) must be read and signed by students before using lockers.

Lockers are available from the beginning of Semester 1 to use for one Academic Year.

Note:

  • There are a limited number of lockers available.
  • Lockers are available on the first day of Semester 1 for the use of one Academic Year.
  • After hours access to lockers cannot be guaranteed.
  • Where BEE supplies the locker key, the key must be returned to BEE Student Services before the end of Semester 2. Locker use is annual.
  • Where user supplies the padlock, the padlock must be removed before the end of Semester 2. Lockers are cleaned and contents discarded annually.
  • If the locker key is not returned, an encumbrance is placed on the user's record until the key is returned or a replacement fee is paid. The encumbrance prevents certain actions (e.g., enrolling).
  • Lockers and BEE-supplied keys are the property of the Faculty of BEE. Lost or damaged keys require a $20.00 non-refundable replacement fee, paid by the locker user.
  • No food or damaging items are to be stored in lockers.
  • QUT accepts no responsibility fo any property stored in or around lockers.
