Student Conferences

The Research Themes of Design, Infrastructure and Smart Systems host a student conference approximately once every two years. Medical Engineering students at IHBI have a different system of conferences which are held more regularly. All Theme students are contacted to apply for positions as conference organisers. Two successful applicants from each theme are chosen by the Theme Leader. These conference organisers receive an additional $2000 in funding to use for conference travel or other research related expenses.
