BEE Workshop
This workshop provides a range of services from design, sheet metal fabrication, precision machining and CNC turning / milling..
Services are requested through the Workshop Coordinator using the request form available through VIL.
Services:
- Assist in concept and detail design of engineering equipment for teaching or research, material selection, drawing / specification review and determination of manufacturability.
- Manufacture and/or modification of research/ teaching components from ferrous, non ferrous and various plastics.
- Minor modifications
- Major modification/ minor manufacture
- major manufacture
- Repair and servicing of project / laboratory equipment manufactured by the Workshop or commercial products where spare parts are available
- BEE Workshop capabilities / capacities available as a separate sheet - contact Workshop Coordinator .
